Post your family crest http://www.houseofnames.com/ is a good source for finding your family crest if you have a European surname. Post them if you have them.

Clan Morrison has 2 branches:
Since our chief's lineage is from the Pabbay Morrisons, the badge on the left is the official one.

Hmm.. interesting. Houseofnames has no information on what my last name means, but they do have a crest.
My surname literally translates as 'the farmer', so I don't think the chance of finding a crest for that lineage is very high, as is the chance of getting the right family, mostly as it was a pretty common occupation in Napoleons era.

"Sapere aude" translates to "Dare to be Wise"
The history is consistent with what I know about my genealogy. My family (both sides in fact) have been traced back to Colonial America (mid 1600's) and my surname originated in Derbyshire.

Mine is Currie, which is an inversion (one of the many) from the main branch O'Currie. Curry, Currie, O'Curry, their all the same.

i think its funny that my surname ''larsson'' is an indicator that i am the son of lars. so i should not really have a family crest

It doesn't have the crest of my family, although I know they were big shot being members of this organization (4 of them anyway)
<center>
The Knights of The Order of The Holy Spirit, or Le Chevaliers de l'ordre du Saint-Esprit (as it would be more properly known, It was a French order after all)
</center>
and being particularly big shots in Normandy. but also Two were Vice Admirals Of France. I do get problems though when I try to look up history on my family because there is this little town that I don't think we had anything to do with that bears the latter part of my last name. (The first part being a lowercase de but thats all I'll post of it on a public forum)

heres mine. we MAcarthurs were among the first pioneers of australia(yes i know it was as part of a penal colony probably but they were a married couple so i'm hping they were'nt criminals) as wellas recipients of the presidential medal of freedom, philathropists, and founder and publisher of harper magazine in addition ot the famous generral you all learned about in your hsitory class. Seems the macarthurs were a pretty impressive group after all even if the later generations were sometimes jerks.
